We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Lead to drive digital advertising performance across a diverse portfolio of programmes. This role will support the development, execution and optimisation of multi-channel paid media strategies, working closely with performance, content, analytics and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid media plans across search, social, display and programmatic
  • Manage budgets, monitor ROI and provide insights for optimisation and reallocation
  • Oversee campaign setup, targeting, testing and ongoing performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance media effectiveness
  • Produce clear reporting with data-driven recommendations
  • Identify new opportunities, platforms and tactics to drive growth
