We have a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing client in the construction industry as an Internal Sales Executive.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play an important role in supporting sales activity, developing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
No cold calling!
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and enquiries.
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Gathering information on customer requirements, upcoming projects and competitor activity.
- Working closely with the Field Sales Team to support customer visits and sales activity.
- Managing and updating customer information, quotes and sales activity using the CRM system.
- Supporting the wider sales team with reporting, lead generation and general sales administration.

- Customer service experience (essential)
- Confident and professional on the telephone.
