We are pleased to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Witney who are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join their growing field team as a Field Technician. This is a practical, site-based role involving travel to locations across the country, with requirement for overnight stays. A full, clean driving license is essential.

The role also involves heat welding materials using specialist tools to deliver a high-quality, visually appealing finish. Working as part of a skilled pair, you'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop your expertise and confidence on-site.

  • Previous experience in construction or roofing (desirable but not essential)
  • A flexible approach to travel and working hours
  • Full training (including 1-to-1 support), spanning a minimum of 18 months
  • Company vehicle and all necessary tools/equipment
  • Overtime opportunities (paid at enhanced rates)
