We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to secure long-term, direct client contracts and drive sustainable business growth across the Southeast for our well-established client based in Thame.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new direct client contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract award
  • Support tender submissions, PQQs, and framework applications
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide forecasts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Full UK driving licence
