We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to secure long-term, direct client contracts and drive sustainable business growth across the Southeast for our well-established client based in Thame.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new direct client contracts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract award
- Support tender submissions, PQQs, and framework applications
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide forecasts
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Full UK driving licence
