About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and driven On-Site Account Coordinator to join our team, supporting a busy, high-volume client account based in Coleshill. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of temporary agency staff on-site. You will act as the key point of contact between the client and the recruitment agency, ensuring staffing levels are met, operations run smoothly, and workers are supported throughout their assignments.
