A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing company supporting customers on-site at the MINI Plant in Oxford. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys helping people, is happy working independently and is keen to learn new skills.

The Role

  • You'll be the friendly face of the on-site workwear centre, ensuring employees receive excellent service while managing a range of practical and administrative tasks, including:
  • Supporting customers with workwear enquiries and orders
  • Receiving deliveries and managing stock
  • Maintaining locker inventory and records
  • Collecting and distributing laundry using the on-site vehicle
  • Carrying out garment embroidery (full training provided)
  • Processing returns and resolving order queries
  • Producing reports and supporting stock takes
  • Providing occasional cover at the Swindon site

About You:

  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Is confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Has excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Enjoys delivering great customer service
  • Has a positive, proactive attitude and is keen to learn
