Office Administrator Β£14 per hour | Office-based | Part Time | 3 month temporary contract We\βre recruiting an organised and reliable Office Administrator to support a small, established business within the agricultural and manufacturing sector. This is a varied role combining general administration, customer communication, purchasing support and basic accounts tasks. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to customer and supplier enquiries Take and relay accurate messages and provide follow-up information as required Order raw materials and liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries and queries Enter purchase invoices and support basic purchase ledger tasks Maintain accurate records and support general office administration What We\βre Looking For: Strong telephone manner and confident communication skills Good organisational skills with high attention to detail Competent IT skills, including email and data entry Experience with Sage and/or accounts admin is desirable Reliable, professional and able to work as part of a small team
