We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will support servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work across a range of vehicles while continuing to build technical experience and confidence within a professional workshop environment.

Based in Wantage, the business has built a loyal customer base and continues to expand through strong word-of-mouth and repeat business.

You will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Qualified MOT Tester
  • Minimum 12 months workshop experience
  • Basic diagnostic and mechanical repair capability
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Good time management and work ethic
  • Full UK Driving Licence
