What you'll be doing As Branch Manager, you'll take responsibility for the overall performance, development and growth of our Rugby branch. You'll lead from the front, combining your recruitment expertise with commercial thinking and strong leadership to help the branch achieve its goals. Leading, motivating and developing a team of recruitment consultants Driving branch performance against revenue and growth targets Identifying and developing new business opportunities Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle across your sector(s) Monitoring KPIs and using performance data to identify opportunities for growth Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations About you We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is ready to lead, develop and make a difference. You'll be a confident communicator with a proven ability to build relationships, develop business and get the best out of those around you.
