We are recruiting for a Practice Manager on behalf of a friendly, multi-disciplinary clinic based in Banbury. This maternity cover position offers a full handover and continued support, making it an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established practice.
£15 - £17 per hour (dependant on experience)
Part-time (3 - 4 full days per week)
9:00 - 17:00 (can be flexible)
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Acting as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and support staff
- Overseeing administrative processes, internal systems, and compliance (H&S, COSHH, fire safety)
- Supporting people management tasks, reception standards, and team communication
- Coordinating meetings, practice events, and assisting with in-clinic marketing activities
About you:
- Previous experience in a practice, office, or operational management role
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Confident using digital systems, databases, and spreadsheets
- Approachable, professional, and able to work independently
- Experience within healthcare or a clinical setting is desirable but not essential
