Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking to make a real impact? We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking a proactive Health & Safety Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all Environmental Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance with UK regulations, and promoting a strong culture of safety throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies in line with current legislation. • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. • Lead incident investigations and provide corrective recommendations. • Deliver training and education sessions on key EHS topics. • Collaborate with management on continuous safety improvement initiatives. • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics. Ideally you will have: • Solid knowledge of UK EHS regulations and ISO45001 or similar standards. • NEBOSH qualification (Certificate/Diploma) highly desirable.
