Executive Assistant – Temporary (12 Weeks) – ?16.57/hr – Oxford / Hybrid We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior academic within a leading research institution. This 12-week assignment offers a hybrid working arrangement based at a prominent Oxford location. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex diaries, correspondence, and travel arrangements (UK & international) Act as a first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Provide high-level meeting support, including agenda preparation and minute-taking Assist with research grants and academic publication preparation Support budget oversight, purchasing, and event logistics What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in an EA role supporting senior leaders Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident handling logistics for meetings and events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) Able to work autonomously with excellent attention to detail Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks Location: Hybrid / Oxford (OX3 area) Rate: £16.57 per hour If you\’re ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic academic environment, we\’d love to hear from you
