We are delighted to be working with a leading Solicitors in Oxford to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their team. We are ideally looking for an applicant with experience working in the professional services sector, with strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. As the Executive Assistant you will: –       Support clients with any queries, taking messages and forwarding to the relevant person/ department –       Prepare and distribute agendas for internal meetings, ensuring team have itineraries in plenty of notice –       Proactively handle administrative tasks and support business development/ making team to drive new business –       Manage diaries, organise travel and accommodation for work events –       Liaise with risk and compliance team to ensure regulations are met –       Quality check all work, identifying issues and resolving before letters go out the clients This is a full-time hybrid role, working 9:00 – 17:00  hours per week Monday to Friday.
