Youll be responsible for leading your team, maintaining productivity and quality, and ensuring customer requirements are consistently met. Shift Patterns & Pay Rates Rotating shifts 1 week rotation:6am2pm / 2pm10pm £14.80 per hour Temp to perm:Opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period As aProduction Line Leader, you will take responsibility for leading and supporting a team across a busy production and fulfilment environment. Youll help ensure that products and customer orders are prepared accurately, efficiently and safely, while keeping the team focused on daily targets and quality standards. Leading, motivating and supporting production teams to achieve daily targets Managing teams working acrosshousehold, cleaning and OTC pharmaceutical products Supporting the production and preparation oftemporary cardboard retail displays Maximising productivity and minimising downtime across production activities Monitoring production performance against KPIs and targets Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste Coordinating agency and permanent workers effectively Ensuring products and displays meet required quality standards Maintaining high standards ofHealth & Safety, hygiene and GMP Completing production paperwork and documentation accurately Using internal systems to monitor performance and maintain records Supporting the training and development of new starters Assisting with audits and continuous improvement projects Were looking for a confident people leader who can thrive in a fast-paced production environment and keep teams focused on achieving targets. Previous experience as aProduction Line Leader, Line Leader, Production Team Leader, Manufacturing Team Leader or Production Supervisor Experience withinmanufacturing, FMCG, retail fulfilment, packaging, warehouse or production environments Strong leadership and people-management skills Experience managing teams againstKPIs and production targets An understanding ofHealth & Safety, GMP and workplace hygiene standards Experience withinFMCG, household goods, cleaning products, pharmaceuticals, packaging, retail displays or supermarket supply chainswould be advantageous, but is not essential.
