We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven B2B Outbound Sales Executive to join a dynamic, friendly, and supportive sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and playing a key role in a growing organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively generating new sales opportunities through a variety of outbound channels, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting. You will identify and engage with key decision-makers, introduce the company's products and services, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will be confident, resilient, and highly organised, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively. You will be comfortable working to targets, managing your own workload, and adapting your approach to meet different client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact prospective B2B clients via telephone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organisations
  • Generate and qualify new sales leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve business targets
  • Stay informed about products, services, and market trends
About You
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, or outbound lead generation is desirable
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

This is a permanent part-time position, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm, based in Castle Donington. The role offers an hourly rate of Β£14 per hour, along with the opportunity to develop your sales skills within a supportive team environment.
