We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy site in Rugby on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift on site
- Moving IBCs and barrels safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials
- Supporting general warehouse and site operations
- Multi-skilling into production roles to provide cover when required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-house or external accepted)
- Physical copy of licence required
- Must be confident driving the forklift on site
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Willingness to be trained in production duties
