The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Quick Fix Technician to join a busy automotive workshop. This role focuses on high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring finishes meet original factory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out quick fix cosmetic repairs on vehicles, including polishing and rectification of minor paint defects
- Removing scratches and correcting minor paintwork to a high standard
- Ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed from newly painted panels, achieving a factory-finish result
- Completing all company documentation accurately and following internal procedures
- Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency
- Supporting and training junior technicians when required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Quick Fix / Cosmetic Repair role (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when required
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong passion for the motor industry and pride in delivering work to the highest standards
