The Recruitment Group are looking for a CNC Operator based in Loughborough to join their acrylics team. Our client is a POS fast growing company with big ambitions with a dedication to service their customers at the very highest level. We are looking for a CNC Operator who has experience in using a Flatbed CNC. If you are interested in the CNC Operator and have the relevant experience, then please read below. The ideal candidate needs to have Pay for the CNC Operator with Flatbed experience: * Up to £15 per hour (depending on experience) * Overtime at T1/3 after 39 hours Hours: * Monday – Thursday – 4pm to 2am (39 hours) Duties and Responsibilities: * Be able to work to simple instructions provided on a job card and supporting documentation * Manual handling of both small and large POS components will be required * Adherence to Health & Safety * Must be a team player that can carry out extra overtime hours as and when required * Keep equipment operational by completing autonomous maintenance and calibration requirements * Other duties as assigned, requested or needed Skills & Experience: * Have 3-to-4-year experience using a Flatbed CNC * Experience using an overhead pin router * Experience in Diamond Polishing * Must be able to read technical drawings * Experience of working to production targets is essential.
