As a Client Manager, youll take ownership of a portfolio of local owner-managed businesses, building strong relationships and delivering expert accounting and tax services.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Managing a portfolio of local small business clients
• Delivering high-quality accounting and tax services
• Enhancing client relationships and supporting their growth
• Leading business development and networking initiatives
• Supporting and developing the local team

About You:
Were looking for a confident, motivated professional with:

• A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
• Strong skills in working with sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and individuals
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for service excellence
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Leadership qualities with a desire to build and nurture a team
• A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude towards marketing and business growth
