An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Account Manager to join a growing commercial team. This role is central to driving revenue growth by converting inbound enquiries and proactive outbound activity into long term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and CRM, engaging professionally and confidently with potential customers.
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calling and targeted prospect lists.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, quoting, negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term value.

Collaboration & Administration

  • Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to share customer feedback and pipeline updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions within the CRM system.
