We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join a busy operations support team based in North Oxford. This is a varied role combining administration, finance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage purchase orders and support invoice processing
- Check invoices for accuracy, correct coding, and authorisation
- Liaise with sub-contractors to resolve queries and ensure timely payments
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and system updates
