Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Hours: Day shift (approx. 6:00am – 2:00pm), Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a Stores Supervisor to manage the warehouse goods-in and goods-out function within a leading manufacturing organisation. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & Compliance

Lead operational safety walks, audits, risk assessments, and 5S audits
Ensure PPE adherence and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Quality & Continuous Improvement

Drive LEAN processes and continuous improvement activities
Manage scrap and support corrective actions
Warehouse Operations & Delivery

Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring timely and accurate flow
Monitor capacity planning and performance metrics (OTIF, OEE)
Lead shift handovers, reporting, and team briefings
Support monthly reporting and business projects
Cost Management

Manage departmental budgets and support long-range planning
People Leadership

Support onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee relations
Ideal Candidate Profile:

3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Supervisory experience preferred
