The Recruitment Group Banbury are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse / FLT Driver to join our established client based in Banbury. This role involves working across both the finished goods and raw materials warehouses, ensuring efficient unloading, processing, picking, loading, and general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Book in drivers arriving on site
- Unload raw material deliveries
- Book raw materials onto the ERP system
- Handle raw materials for production
- Pick customers’ orders, ensuring pallets are wrapped and labelled to NWF standards
- Load vehicles and process delivery paperwork
- Support production material handling
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Work closely with Production and Food Safety & Quality departments
- Report any issues relating to quality, safety, sanitation, machinery, or throughput
- Follow all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
- Report near misses and accidents
- Coordinate daily warehouse team duties
- Manage drivers arriving on site
- Perform additional duties as required by your line manager
Required Licences
- Counterbalance Licence (Must be in Date)
- Reach Truck Licence (Must be in Date)
- PPT Licence (Must be in Date)
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience within an FMCG warehouse environment (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of warehouse procedures and Health & Safety regulations
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Unity system (advantageous)
