The Recruitment Group are working in partnership with Oxford Direct Services and we need you! We're on the lookout for a Car Park Enforcement Officer to join their well-established team in Oxford.
As an Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customers comply with the conditions of parking.
About You:
- You will need to hold a full valid UK driving licence.
- You should have experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- You will have the ability to make and justify decisions regarding enforcement duties.
- You must be able to work in a team and independently using your own initiative.
- This role involves a considerable amount of walking, so a high level of fitness is required.
- You will need to be able to work shift patterns with flexibility to cover operational requirements.
The details include:
- Issue penalties to vehicles in an offence position, utilising any technology provided.
- Complete penalties accurately ensuring error rates are minimised.
- Comply with all audit requirements when issuing penalties.
- Demonstrate high levels of customer service.
- Assist with the locking/unlocking of car parks and buildings as necessary.
- Assist with the minor maintenance of car park premises and equipment, including the maintenance of pay machines.
Working Hours:
Working 37 hours over 5 days.
Pay rate of £17.23 per hour (with overtime available).
