We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing Civil Engineering SME operating throughout the Midlands region. This organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil engineering projects across a range of sectors. Our client is a family-run business that directly employs its workforce on a PAYE basis and places real value on its people, recognising they are key to continued success.

They are now seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their Civil Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Site Engineer to join a supportive and forward-thinking company. The successful Site Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As a Site Engineer, you will be involved in a variety of projects, making this role ideal for a proactive Site Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Working as part of the site team to uphold Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) standards
  • Setting out for construction works in busy, process-driven environments
  • Planning and managing your time effectively to support multiple sites
  • Mentoring apprentices and junior engineers
  • Using surveying instruments to ensure accuracy on site
  • Supporting the delivery of safe and efficient site operations
  • Utilising communication and CAD skills where required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • HNC / HND (required)
  • CSCS card (required)
