The Recruitment Group is looking for Administrators. As an Administrator, you will be involved with various fundraising projects. You will be part of a very friendly team and be involved with fun team activities throughout the contract. If you are interested in the Administrator role then please read below. Pay for an Administrator: £12.50 per hour. Weekly pay. Overtime paid after 48 hours per week. Hours for an Administrator: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 Flexibility is required as during busy periods the office will be open Monday–Friday 06:00-19:00 and occasional Saturdays 08:00-13:00. Responsibilities of Administrator: Generating order paperwork. Managing the dispatch of paperwork. Handling data input. Using the CRM, google sheets, FileMaker, royal mail, click & drop and DPD shipping services. Manage the intake of completed packs. Scanning, uploading and naming paperwork. Handling order dispatches, reprints and refunds. Helping in the factory when busy picking/packing. Required Skills: Great organisational and time-management skills. Hardworking. Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment. Intermediate computer literacy. Hardware and software skills are a must.
