Our wonderful client, a successful, innovative and growing business in Oxford, are recruiting 2 X Account Managers to join their Defence team. This role will be focused on managing relationships with your clients to maximise customer success and service delivery.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in face to face client meetings and experience delivering presentations to clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B Customer Success/Account Management environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop an engaging relationship with clients to maximise customer satisfaction
- Develop tools and strategies for the clients to ensure they can recognise the value they are getting
- Ensure Supplier escalations are managed appropriately
- Create and manage the budget for your clients' buyer accounts
- Maintain action plans for your Buyers and deliver reports to senior managers
- Deliver performance reports to sector managers to ensure standards are upheld
- Facilitate training to ensure the Buyers have excellent knowledge of the systems and processes
- Travel to clients will be required 1-2 times per month, with regular video calls with clients to ensure they are receiving first-class Customer Service.
It is also important that you will display experience in managing information within a service environment and have demonstrated the ability to present to clients.
