We are working with a well-established and successful business in the higher-education sector, looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will be working in a small team to provide administrative support and assist with organising reactive and planned maintenance. -Maintain all health & safety, risk assessment and COSH records -Organise H&S training for departments -Organise contractors to service the buildings -Maintain a schedule for electrical testing, and inspections to ensure recorded accurately -Place orders for suppliers in line with requests and budgets -Correlate orders with invoices and purchase orders -Organise meetings with contractors to schedule work -Assist with logistics of projects, advising staff of closures or disruptions -Act as the central point for any maintenance queries Experience required: -2 years minimum administration -Knowledge of compliance and legislation in a maintenance capacity -Knowledge of H&S documentation and certifications Additional information: -7:30 start working 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday -£31,000 – £33,000 salary range depending on experience If you would like to know how we…
