The Recruitment Fix has become a well recognised and trusted name. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced recruiter, ideally with a recruitment background in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar who is looking for an excellent working environment, the flexibility of hybrid working whilst enjoying excellent earning opportunities.
Ideally located within a 20 mile radius of our office in Rochdale the successful candidate will;
* Have been working within a 360 Recruitment role
* Be confident to establish and grow your own client base within permanent/temporary recruitment
* Be accountable for you own performance, however, autonomy and results driven flexibility will be a driving factor for you!
* Have a real belief in your proven abilities and potential
* Be a commutable distance to Rochdale for some office working.
The Job
* You will be a key part of our company’s growth and create your own career path
* You will be based at home and usually 2 days per week office based.
* Focusing predominantly on permanent and temporary recruitment ideally within Engineering and Manufacturing though consideration will be given to specific sectors that you are confident with
* You will get all the tools and support required to be successful
* We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to take the next step, with a desire to have a flexible working lifestyle
