On behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding recreational supplies business, we are recruiting for a Centre Manager who can lead and grow their recreation centre business to ensure it reaches its full potential.
Overview of the role is to:
- Look after customers to ensure they have the best experience.
- Promote the centre and develop awareness to increase customer participation.
- Effectively use social media to raise brand awareness.
- Manage a small team.
- Liaise with other managers to ensure cross selling across all divisions.
- Use in-house software and database.
- General administration functions.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience or a desire to learn, a good level of communication along with a friendly, welcoming and professional persona. Experience or interest in airsoft is a bonus.
Hours of work are initially Wednesday to Sunday though this could change depending on success and growth achieved.
