Are you an experienced Manufacturing Production Operator looking for a permanent role offering training and future career development? Join an established, successful, and extremely busy manufacturing company offering secure long-term employment with potential career progression.

Experience in working within a fast-paced timber environment preparing and using wood working machinery is desirable; previous manufacturing machine operators will be considered, and training will be provided.

Duties:

  • Previous experience of operating machinery
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and templates
  • Experience with MDF mouldings and machine setting desirable; not essential as training will be provided
  • Selecting the correct material and calculating quantities required for the job
  • Basic maintenance of machinery desirable
  • Knowledge of beam saw operating desirable
  • FLT or sideloader licences an advantage

Hours of work are permanent early shift of four days, late shift Mon – Thurs 5.00am – 3.00pm. Due to the location of the company and shift times, candidates will need to have their own transport.
