Installation Electrician/Engineer

Our client is a leading design and manufacturer in Heywood and has been established for many years due to continued growth. They are looking for an Installation Electrician/Engineer. Working as part of an installation team you will be required to work at customer sites throughout the UK and oversee, fit and install various control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical installations per IET 18th Edition Regulations
  • Build electrical control systems and collaborate on system commissioning
  • Conduct and document testing of electrical systems
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and work in a safe manner
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with managers, supervisors and customers
  • Attend training, maintain certifications
  • Work in the UK and overseas

Qualifications

  • City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of IET 18th Edition
  • Inspection Testing (2391-52 or equivalent)
  • ECS Gold Card Holder
  • Experience with Commercial and Industrial Installations
  • Working knowledge of IPAF 3A3B, IOSH Working/Managing Safely, Safety Passport SSTS/CCNSG and Asbestos Awareness
  • Must hold a UK Driving License
