Working for a highly successful company with entrepreneurial vision, solid support network and established supply chain facilities, we are seeking a self-motivated and experienced e-commerce Marketing Manager who can make a success of this exciting new opportunity.

The successful candidate will be able to lead and manage an enthusiastic busy team and devise and implement an effective Marketing strategy to help continue to drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and delivering a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Overseeing online channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs to drive traffic and sales.
  • Managing the e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience, optimized product listings, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value and customer acquisition cost, and using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Planning and executing targeted promotional campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Managing marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of marketing specialists, content creators, and analysts (depending on the company structure).

Ideally with a degree in Marketing or equivalent, the successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, online retail, or a similar digital marketing role, with a strong track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • The ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies and reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for collaborating with various teams and managing.
