On behalf of our client, a leading retail interior and display solutions business, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Executive who will be responsible for raising brand awareness both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading marketing strategy across brand, digital, content and demand generation
- Managing and directing external agencies and freelancers
- Acting as the brand guardian across all external/internal communications
- Work with the team to devise marketing strategies in line with business objectives to drive and track online traffic to the companies’ websites
- Manage online campaigns to raise brand awareness and convey USP
- Maintain high standards of imagery, photos, and content across all mediums
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns maintaining momentum across social media platforms
- Identify and create internal and external stories to help drive awareness and engagement of employees, customers, and other members of our community
- Gather KPI data for hits, engagement and conversion to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Carry out and evaluate customer research to refine our customer centric positioning
- Analyse competitors and market conditions and produce market SWOT analysis
- Organise and manage awards, team, and marketing events
- Support brand development, graphic design, and layouts across all touchpoints
- Manage marketing budget to maximise ROI
- Manage and develop websites
About You:
- An experienced marketer and great team player who is dependable, respectful, and honest
- Self-motivated with a passion to succeed
- Extensive knowledge and capability in digital maximise return
- A creative individual and an eye for design (graphic design or photography skills would be beneficial)
- Conscientious, efficient, and flexible, working when and where necessary, both in the office environment or out in the field away from home
