Our client based in Nelson is looking for an experienced Laser Operator on a permanent basis. The client is a well-respected manufacturer and is looking for candidates with experience in operating Trumpf CNC Laser machines, both CO2.
About you:
- Ability to understand, interpret and work to Engineering drawings and to work to tight tolerances.
- Team player with the ability to work alone and use own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to support the business needs.
- An in-depth knowledge of laser machining.
- A commitment to implement and develop business improvement initiatives across the cell.
