The Job
- Join as a Press Brake Operator/Setter
- Measuring and aligning work pieces using straight edges, clamps and callipers.
- Oversee the set up and operation of Amada Press Brakes
- Carry out bending according to set dimensions and to meet requirements
- Read and interpret production drawings
- Always maintain safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk free environment
- Undertake other metal fabrication duties as required
About You
- The ability to read drawings
- Proven experience operating and setting press brakes (AMADA)
- Must be experienced in general engineering
- Experience with guillotines and general fabrication equipment
- Must be able to work under pressure with excellent organisation skills
- Must have excellent communication and be able to problem solve
- Must have maths and measuring skills
