The Recruitment Fix has become a well recognised and trusted name. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced recruiter, ideally with a recruitment background in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar who is looking for an excellent working environment, the flexibility of hybrid working whilst enjoying excellent earning opportunities.
Ideally located within a 20 mile radius of our office in Rochdale, the successful candidate will:
- Have been working within a 360 Recruitment role
- Be confident to establish and grow your own client base within permanent/temporary recruitment
- Be accountable for your own performance, however, autonomy and results driven flexibility will be a driving factor for you!
- Have a real belief in your proven abilities and potential
- Be a commutable distance to Rochdale for some office working.
You will be a key part of our company’s growth and create your own career path. You will be based at home and usually 2 days per week office based, focusing predominantly on permanent and temporary recruitment ideally within Engineering and Manufacturing, though consideration will be given to specific sectors that you are confident with. You will get all the tools and support required to be successful.
