360 Recruitment Role with hybrid working flexibility and an excellent salary.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow your own client base within permanent/temporary recruitment.
- Be accountable for your own performance while enjoying autonomy and results-driven flexibility.
- Work predominantly on permanent and temporary recruitment, ideally within Engineering and Manufacturing, though consideration will be given to specific sectors you are confident with.
Requirements:
- Experience in a 360 Recruitment role.
- Confidence in your proven abilities and potential.
- Ability to commute to Rochdale for some office working.
