Recreational Centre Manager

Maybe you have a background or passion for paintball or laser-quest, skydiving or rock climbing? If so please read on. On behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding recreational supplies business, we are recruiting for a Centre manager who can lead and grow their recreation centre business to ensure it reaches its full potential. Overview of the role is to; Look after customers to ensure they have the best experience Promote the centre and develop awareness to increase customer participation Effectively use social media to raise brand awareness Manage a small team Liaise with other managers to ensure cross selling across all divisions Use inhouse software and database General administration functions Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience or a desire to learn, a good level of communication along with a friendly, welcoming and professional persona. Experience or interest in airsoft is a bonus. Hours of work are initially Wednesday to Sunday though this could change depending on success and growth achieved.
