We are working with an established manufacturer in Oldham who are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter.
The Job
- Undertake production colour changes and tool changes, machine startups & shutdowns.
- Troubleshooting the machines to make sure they are running efficiently.
- Log material usage, changeovers and downtimes, implementing process changes to improve production output / quality.
- Deliver manufacturing targets through clear communication of work order expectations.
- Basic pick and place robot usage (Sepro, Krauss, A.T.M).
- Work well as a team to support the development of employees in your work area.
- Liaise with other teams / departments to ensure efficiency.
About you
- Ideally 5+ years in injection moulding.
- Good understanding of Polymers/materials/ancillaries associated with the Injection Moulding process.
- Ideally the ability to train others but not essential.
