Manual Turner Vertical Borer Setter/Operator
Days or Nights £15-£23.40 per hour depending upon experience and shift.
Days: Mon-Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-1pm.
Nights: Mon-Thurs 6pm-6am (4 x 12-hour shifts) paid at time +1/3.

The Job:
- Operate Vertical Boring Machines to produce medium to heavy workpieces.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
- Self-inspect work.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.
About you:
- Candidate must have proven experience of setting and operating manual vertical boring machines or have a turning background.
- Be able to work to customer issued drawings and specifications to produce medium to heavy workpieces.
- Have the ability to self-inspect.
- Be willing to work overtime when needed.
