Well Established company As Service Co-ordinator you will coordinate customer enquiries, engineer schedules, and parts to ensure the smooth delivery of service, maintenance, and commissioning of our equipment. The Job ·
Manage day-to-day service enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses ·
Deliver a professional and efficient service to customers, maintaining strong attention to detail ·
Act as a key contact for customers and service contracts ·
Prepare quotations, sales orders, service contracts, and invoices ·
Plan and coordinate service engineer schedules, ensuring correct parts, tools, and equipment are available ·
Identify and organise spare parts (e.g. filters, fans, electrical components) using internal systems ·
Liaise with Production, Stores, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery ·
Raise and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers ·
Arrange packaging and courier dispatch for parts and equipment ·
Follow up with customers after installations/commissioning to promote service offerings ·
Gather feedback from customers and engineers and report key actions ·
Maintain accurate records within the Clik Service Management System ·
Support the Service Delivery Manager with general coordination and admin tasks About you Essential: •
Strong organisation and coordination skills •
Excellent communication and customer focus •
High attention to detail and accuracy •
Ability to manage multiple priorities •
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Desirable: •
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or service environments •
Familiarity with service/ERP systems (e.g. Clik) •
