We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join their existing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working in a small team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company.
- Responsible for co-ordinating day-to-day operations, including scheduling and monitoring logistics.
- Handling Waste Transfer procedures and related documentation.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries and service updates via phone and email.
- Processing paperwork, maintaining accurate databases, generating reports, and managing compliance documentation.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within logistics or waste management.
- Knowledge of the waste industry, environmental services, or experience with transport software is highly desirable.
- Raising sales ledger invoices using Sage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new software systems.
Offering a competitive salary of up to Β£38K.
