A leading, Independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive business, are looking for a Part-Time Weekend Customer Service Facilities - Property Manager for their short-term stay department. The ideal candidate will be based onsite at their new serviced accommodation building in Sheldon. The person would be responsible for all communication across all of their 45 serviced accommodation apartments across Birmingham.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- A good record of personal effectiveness
- Customer driven with a drive for results
- Previous People Management experience (desirable)
- Show respect for others and build relationships
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to all guest messages across Airbnb & Booking.com
- Checking people in and out of the onsite building
- Sending guests late payment check out links
- Extending guests stay upon request
- Helping - supporting guest with any maintenance, directions, collection codes for keys
- Leaving Airbnb reviews for past guests
- Logging any maintenance reported from guests
- Accepting potential guests enquiries to stay on Airbnb
- Front of house at our serviced accommodation block
Working hours - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm. All members of staff are allowed free of charge to stay for two nights in the company's serviced accommodation which are dotted around Birmingham City Centre.
