A multi-branch, highly reviewed estate agency is looking to employ a talented Sales Negotiator. The ideal applicant should have an outgoing and bubbly personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. An ideal position for someone with drive and motivation to further their career as a sales negotiator with one of the leading Estate Agents. Previous experience is essential.
You will be required to:
- Generate viewings
- Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, respectful and polite manner
- Follow up viewings and generate leads to help the office achieve targets
- Manage your own diary
Skills required include:
- Booking in valuations & securing business
- All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback
- Conducting viewings based on office policies & procedures
- Registering applicants across our platforms
- Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
- Ordering EPCs / required compliance
- Pro-actively ringing through database contacts with the aim of generating business
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Rotating window cards & branch material
- Previous sales experience & natural selling ability
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
- Natural flair for dealing with people & providing the best customer service
- Articulate with strong negotiation skills
Experience: estate agency: 1 year (required)
Working Days: Monday to Friday 8:45-5:30pm, alternative Saturdays 8:45am - 4:00pm, lieu day accrued when a Saturday is worked.
