The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 12 months proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
