Sales Manager/Property Valuer - Tamworth/Ashby cover
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic D.O.E + OTE up to £50,000 plus
- Car Allowance: £300 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the office and team.
- Conduct accurate and professional residential property valuations across Tamworth and surrounding areas
- Deliver expert property advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
- Manage instructions from valuation through to listing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and buyers.
- Represent the company confidently at valuations, viewings, and local events.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and valuation targets.
- Maintain a strong local market presence and contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of property valuation experience (essential).
- Proven success valuing and listing properties within the Tamworth area.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for property.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market, trends, and competitor landscape.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
