Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market appraisals/valuations to win new business and grow the lettings portfolio.
  • Assist in managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
  • Stay up to date with local market trends and advise clients accordingly.
  • Handle paperwork and lettings admin efficiently and accurately.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience in a lettings role (negotiator, valuer, or management level).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Good local market knowledge (preferred).
  • A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience: estate agency: 1 year (required)

Working Days: Monday to Friday 8:45-5:30pm, alternative Saturdays 8:45am - 4:00pm, lieu day accrued when a Saturday is worked.
