Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market appraisals/valuations to win new business and grow the lettings portfolio.
- Assist in managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
- Stay up to date with local market trends and advise clients accordingly.
- Handle paperwork and lettings admin efficiently and accurately.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in a lettings role (negotiator, valuer, or management level).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Good local market knowledge (preferred).
- A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience: estate agency: 1 year (required)
Working Days: Monday to Friday 8:45-5:30pm, alternative Saturdays 8:45am - 4:00pm, lieu day accrued when a Saturday is worked.
