The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and commercially aware Solicitor / Lawyer to join a growing legal team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and act as a trusted advisor to clients on a range of residential and commercial property matters. This role would suit both newly qualified solicitors looking to build on their training and experienced practitioners seeking greater autonomy and reward linked to performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion
- Draft, review and finalise legal documentation and contracts
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice tailored to client requirements
- Carry out title examinations, legal research and risk analysis
- Prepare conveyancing documentation, including sales and purchase deeds
- Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, agents and other third parties
- Handle telephone and email correspondence in a professional, proactive manner
- Ensure files meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Produce reports and maintain accurate case records
