Basic Salary: £27,000 OTE: £31,000+(percentage of branch turnover)
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5:30pm. Weekends: Every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu that week.
We’re working with a well-known, well-established Estate Agent in Wythall who are looking to bring on board a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager to support their successful team. The Role: As Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the office while continuing to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll play an important role in helping oversee the sales team, supporting performance, and ensuring the branch maintains the high standards it is known for.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Supporting the Branch Manager with the running of the office and sales team
- Assisting in motivating and guiding the team to achieve results
- Handling negotiations and progressing sales through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Generating new business opportunities
